500 g minced chicken meat

40 g all-purpose flour

Recipe steps
In a bowl, we combine the meat, mustard, onion, garlic, and salt. From this mixture, we create nuggets, which we place on baking paper and chill in the freezer for a few minutes.
In another bowl, we mix flour, paprika, garlic, salt, and baking powder.
We take the frozen nuggets out of the freezer, dip them in beaten eggs, and coat them in the seasoned flour. Then we fry them until golden in a pan or deep fryer at 220 °C for about 14-18 minutes.
