600 g ground meat (ideally a mix of beef and pork)
120 g Gouda or Edam (45%)
salt, pepper
2 pcs eggs
parsley
cooked potatoes with butter for serving
oil for frying

Recipe steps

Mix the chilled ground meat with grated cheese, salt, pepper, eggs, and chopped parsley.

Form patties from the mixture, then coat them in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.

You can fry the Dutch cutlets in a pan on both sides until golden brown, or place the Dutch cutlets in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius.

Finally, let them finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes.
