Beef liver in sour cream - marinated

I sliced the liver into pieces about 1 cm thick and marinated them in cream mixed with spices and egg. Add spices to your taste. Marinate for at least 2 hours.

Marinade
1 sour cream
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
Tandoori masala spice (or other to taste)

breadcrumbs for coating

I sliced the liver into 1 cm thick pieces and soaked them in cream mixed with spices and egg. Adjust the spices to your taste. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally longer.
After that, I wiped the liver a bit from the cream and coated it in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Once done, sprinkle with salt.
