Ingredients (what you need)

200 g of smoked meat or soft sausage
100 g of 30% Eidam cheese
5 larger leaves of cabbage
1 larger onion
2 cloves of garlic (to taste, optional)
1 tbsp of full-fat mustard
a bit of ground pepper
1 cube of vegetable bouillon
100 ml of water

Recipe steps

First, we will prepare scrambled eggs.

On a slice of ham, we place slices of cheese.

We place the scrambled eggs at the edge.

On top, we add olives, halved mushrooms, and bell pepper.

We roll it up. We can secure it with a toothpick.

From the eggs and flour, we prepare a thicker batter, season it with salt, and coat the roll in this batter.

We fry it in oil in a pan until it turns golden brown.
