Rabbit meat, which is not only tender but also healthy, is great for roasting. Due to its low fat content, it is important to use appropriate methods when preparing it.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 cut-up rabbit
1-2 fresh green bell peppers
Marinade
200 ml water
200 ml oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
5 cloves of garlic
2 large onions
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 pinch of chili
1 teaspoon thyme
salt (to taste)

Recipe steps

We mix all the ingredients for the marinade thoroughly and place the rabbit in it overnight.

The next day, we roast the rabbit with the marinade, but if we have more, we only use part of it. We can also add it while roasting.

We coat the rabbit with fresh bell pepper cut into thin strips.

We roast for about two hours to ensure the rabbit is beautifully tender.
