Chili con carne Mexican style

Ingredients (what you need)
3 pcs nice meaty tomatoes
pepper - crushed
salt
1/2 kg ground meat - beef
1/2 l broth - beef
spices - chili
2 pcs chili pepper - red
corn flour
5 cloves Czech garlic
1 pc bell pepper - red
1 pc kitchen onion
rice
150 g beans
Recipe steps
In the evening, we pour beans into a bowl and add water.
We will cook them the next day. The beans will swell. We will make beef broth.
In the morning, change the water for the beans. And we go to cook.
Peel the garlic and onion.
Using a hand blender, chop the onion and dump it into the pot. We will have hot oil in the pot. Sauté the onion thoroughly.
Add the chopped garlic along with the ground meat to the onion and sauté everything.
Put the tomatoes in hot water (for a moment) and transfer them to cold water. Peel them.
On the cutting board, chop them and move them into the pot. Also add the drained beans.
On the cutting board, chop the red pepper and chili pepper, and leave them in a bowl until the end.
Add pepper and salt to the pot. The flavor will be enhanced by spicier seasoning (chili). Pour in an appropriate amount of beef broth. Cook until soft.
At the end, add the red pepper with the chili pepper. Let it simmer for a while.
Whisk the cornmeal with a little water and pour it into the pot.
Serve with rice. Enjoy your meal.
