500 g pork liver
sprigs of oregano
Marinade
100 ml red wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe steps
We wash the liver and cut it into slices.
We mix oil, wine, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue seasoning to create a marinade, into which we drizzle the liver slices. We then layer them with sprigs of oregano.
We let it sit for at least 2 hours.
We enjoy grilling on the grill or on a grill pan.
We serve with potatoes or with bread, fresh vegetables, and tartar dip.
