Ground meat goulash soup

A soup that satisfies just like a main course.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ground sweet paprika
2 pcs onion
500 g ground meat (mixed)
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
200 g potatoes
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 pcs bouillon cube
to taste salt
ground black pepper
as needed butter
Recipe steps
Cut the peeled onion into half-moons. Sauté it in butter until it becomes translucent, then add the ground meat and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with paprika, stir, add a little hot water, season with salt and pepper, and add spices (marjoram, garlic paste) to taste.
After a while of cooking, add diced potatoes and a bouillon cube. Pour in hot water so that everything floats in the soup. Let it simmer for a while, then stir in a roux made from melted butter and flour. Let it cook for about 20 minutes. If necessary, adjust the seasoning, and serve, preferably with some bread.
