A substantial great dinner.

Ingredients (what you need)

1/2 kg quality ground meat
2 pcs kitchen onion
salt
1 l semi-skimmed milk - cold
black pepper - ground
0.3 kg lasagna
60 g fresh butter
50 g flour - plain
herbs basil
oil - rapeseed
2 pcs yellow bell pepper
spices nutmeg
150 g cheese - Edam
100 g hard cheese - smoked
1 pcs egg
12 tablespoons ketchup - sweet
6 cloves Czech garlic
2 pcs nice tomatoes
1 pcs egg yolk

Recipe steps

In a pot, drizzle a little oil, add chopped onion, and sauté. Add the minced meat, season with pepper and salt. Fry. Add five cloves of grated garlic, and toss in chopped bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Tear some basil and add sweet ketchup.

And what can't be missed? Béchamel sauce.

Grease the baking dish with butter. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

In a cup, whisk a little cold milk with the yolk.

In a pot, put a piece of real butter. Add a bit of plain flour. Stir with a whisk until a roux forms. Add cold semi-skimmed milk and cook for a while. Season with a little nutmeg and add salt. Pour in the yolk with the milk, whisk, and cook for a moment.

Grate smoked cheese.

Mix the herbs with the egg and smoked cheese. Add salt and a crushed clove of garlic.

Set aside.

Grate Edam cheese.

In a suitable container with a lid, ladle a little sauce.

Distribute the sheets (lasagna). If you’re skilled, you can make them at home. If you want to save time, use pre-cooked ones.

Pour sauce over the sheets. Sprinkle with Edam cheese. Add minced meat. And repeat. Sheets ...

Finally, add sheets covered with sauce and herbs with smoked cheese.

Bake in the oven for about three-quarters of an hour. You'll see. For the last few minutes, bake without the lid. Can you smell it? It's great!
