We will cut the whole chicken into smaller pieces or use already cut pieces of thighs or breasts and coat them in spices. Peeled potatoes are sliced into rounds.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 piece chicken
10 pieces potatoes
1 - 2 cups long-life cream
to taste 1 package seasoning for roasted chicken
salt
as needed 3 - 4 tablespoons oil

Recipe steps

We pour oil into the baking dish, on which we place potato slices. We then insert the chicken pieces into them, making sure they are as submerged as possible. We then pour cream over it, put it in the oven at 220°C, and bake for 1.5-2 hours, depending on when the chicken is done.
