I don't know anything better than preparing homemade cheese sauce and mellowing its flavor with herbs and complementing it with vegetables.

Ingredients (what you need)

300 ml chicken, beef, smoked broth (or stock cube)
Cheeses (combine or choose one type)
1 package blue cheese 50% (110 g)
1 pc grated Edam 45% (100 g)
1 pc Emmental 45% (100 g)
1 - 2 pcs cooking cream 12%
as needed Hrašky - for thickening (available in health food stores – has excellent nutritional properties)
a piece of butter
herbs such as basil, rosemary, thyme, or herbal seasoning
vegetables (choose e.g. corn, leek, spinach, or peas)

Recipe steps

The investment of time and work will pay off in the form of great food.

First, we will make the broth. Chicken, beef, smoked. According to preference. For those who are short on time, a cube broth will suffice. We will thicken it with pea puree and simmer for 20 minutes. Since I discovered it in a health food store, I have been using it all the time.

We will tear some basil, rosemary, thyme, etc., and crush it finely. We can also use Provence herbs from the store.

In a pan, we will heat a little butter, warm it up, and sauté the vegetables (corn, leek, spinach, or peas). Whatever we feel like or have in the pantry.

Meanwhile, we will prepare the cheeses. Crumble and grate them as needed.

Into the finished broth, we stir in the vegetables, herbs, and cream.

We prepare a whisk. We lower the flame and gradually add the cheeses while stirring constantly.

We remove it from the heat, and it's done.

We cook the pasta, pour over the homemade cheese sauce, and we can serve. Men will surely appreciate a piece of meat alongside.
