2 dl oil
1 dl milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
ground black pepper

In a tall container, pour in the milk and add the oil - for 1 part of milk, use 2 parts of oil. Whisk with a hand immersion blender (not with whisks) until thickened.

The whipped mayonnaise is seasoned with salt, pepper, vinegar, and mustard. Everyone can enhance it to their taste.
