Garlic dips

Cold-prepared sauce:
Ingredients (what you need)
sauce 1 salt
4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons water
100 g low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar

sauce 2 100 g soft cheese
2 tablespoons plain flour
pepper
salt
2 pcs green onion
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
for decoration chopped parsley or chives
Recipe steps
We crush the garlic with salt and pepper. We place it in a bowl and pour in lemon juice, mix, and then add olive oil and water. Finally, we finish by adding mayonnaise and chopped parsley and chives. We season to taste as needed.
Hot sauce preparation:
Again, we crush the garlic with salt and pepper, finely chop the onion, and let it sauté in hot oil. We sprinkle with flour, sauté, and then pour in the broth. We cook this for about 20 minutes. Then we stir in the crushed garlic, cream cheese, chopped parsley, and chives. We season it further to taste. We place the garlic sauce in the fridge to chill, and thus serve it well chilled.
Both sauces are served chilled with grilled vegetables, potatoes, and meats.
