Creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg  beef  
4 cans  tomato purée (small)  
8 pieces  allspice  
1.5 tablespoons  thyme  
2 pcs  bay leaves  
8 pieces  whole black pepper  
1 - 2 pcs  onions  
40 g  plain flour  
5 tablespoons  oil  
1 cube  bouillon  
1 teaspoon  mustard seeds  
40 g  butter  
 salt  
 sugar
Recipe steps
Wash the beef, add a bouillon cube, and put it in the pressure cooker. Cook for about 1 hour until tender.
Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes, and sauté in oil until golden brown. Then add the tomato paste with spices and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour in the broth from the cooked meat.
Prepare a roux from butter and flour and mix it into the sauce. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and strain it through a fine sieve.
Season the creamy tomato sauce and it is ready to serve. A great side dish is bread dumplings.
