Mustard sauce

Sauce made from food we always have at home.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 pc onion
0.5 l water
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup cream
1/2 cube broth
to taste leek
ground black pepper
milk
salt
Recipe steps
We will start by finely chopping the leek and onion. We then let them sauté in a pan with heated oil. In a little water, we dissolve the beef bouillon and then pour it into the pan, stirring. We add mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste. We briefly sauté this, pour in water, and bring it to a boil. At the moment the broth starts to boil, we add cream, vinegar, and sweeten with sugar. If the sauce is too thin, we thicken it with milk mixed with all-purpose flour.
This prepared sauce is best served with dishes that include dumplings or roasted potatoes.
