Shrimp with garlic sauce

We will peel the shrimp, slice the chili pepper into rings, and finely chop the herbs and garlic. Then, we will sauté everything in oil, the shrimp on both sides. We will then remove them and set them aside somewhere. However, they must remain warm.

- ground pepper
1/2 bunch thyme
16 pcs giant shrimp
1 pcs chili pepper
- salt
- olive oil
- rosemary
- garlic
800 g canned tomatoes

Recipe steps

We drain the tomatoes from the can into a sieve and let them drip. Then we mash them and add them to the pan with the already sautéed herbs and vegetables, and let them simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, we season with pepper and salt.

We place the shrimp on a plate and drizzle with the tomato mixture. Serve with fresh bread.
