2 packages puff pastry
100 g ham
100 g bacon
200 g sliced cheese
1 piece egg
Recipe steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin sheet, on which we place slices of ham, bacon, and cheese. Then roll it up into a log, from which we cut into rounds and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and bake for about 20 minutes.
The spirals can be served immediately. They taste great both warm and cold.
