To the cottage, for breakfast, anywhere egg salad is suitable.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 pc kitchen onion
12 pcs eggs
3/4 cup quality mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard - whole grain
salt
black pepper - ground

Recipe steps

In a pot of water, we place the eggs that we will boil hard.

We peel them (dipping them in ice water helps).

We blend the onion and put it in a bowl with a teaspoon of mustard. We add the cooked yolks.

We scoop in quality mayonnaise and mix.

We add the cooked whites, grated coarsely.

We season. We add salt to taste. We stir.

We serve chilled. Enjoy your meal.
