Stuffed savory rolls

Excellent rolls filled with blue cheese and bacon.

Ingredients (what you need)

for brushing 2 pcs egg
filling 100 g bacon
100 g blue cheese
to taste salt
dough 350 g flour
250 ml whipping cream
250 g shortening
for decoration sesame seeds

Recipe steps

Sift the flour, mix it with cream and crushed fat. From these, we will work out a dough, which we set aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Finely chop the blue cheese, and cut the ham or bacon into strips.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 2 halves, rolling each into a flat round shape like for pizza, which we divide into 8 triangles. In each triangle, fill the widest part with cheese and bacon. Roll up and form a crescent, which we brush with beaten egg mixed with salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Transfer the crescents to a greased baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at 150°C until they turn golden.

Serve the crescents as a snack with wine or beer.
