Homemade pâté

Ingredients (what you need)
nutmeg - grated  
4 tablespoons  flour - all-purpose  
salt  
black pepper - ground  
allspice  
cinnamon - ground  
1/2 kg  onion - kitchen  
1 cup  semi-skimmed milk  
oil - e.g. rapeseed  
lemon zest  
1 kg  liver - pork  
2 kg  meat - pork  
sugar - e.g. powdered  
3 pcs  eggs
Recipe steps
We place the purchased pork into a pot. We cover it with water and cook until tender.
We peel the Czech garlic and onion. We crush the garlic and place it in a bowl.
Using a hand mixer, we chop the kitchen onion. We drizzle oil in a pan and sauté the onion. We add it to the garlic.
We take out the meat grinder. We place the cooked pork and the (raw) liver into it. We grind it and put it into a bowl.
We add a little nutmeg.
We add the other spices. We lightly salt it. We pour in the milk and crack in the eggs. We thicken it with all-purpose flour.
We sweeten it. For aroma, we add a bit of lemon zest and cinnamon. It will be a delicacy.
We mix the ingredients thoroughly. We spoon it into prepared jars. We seal them and boil for sixty minutes.
We carefully remove them. We can decorate the lids with nice cloth and tie them with string. Add a paper label, and we have a small gift for friends.
