Camembert in potato batter

We will chop the parsley, crush the peeled garlic with salt and pepper, cut the Camembert cheese lengthwise into two rounds, finely grate the peeled and washed potatoes, and drain the excess starchy water.

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 pieces potatoes
2 cloves garlic

Recipe steps
When making the batter, we mix potatoes, flour, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper. We mix everything well.
In a hot pan with oil, we pour the batter with a ladle and create 2 patties. We place halved camemberts on them, which we again drizzle with batter. We fry on both sides until golden brown.
We serve the camembert immediately after removing it from the pan and garnish with chopped parsley. For seasoning, we can use ketchup or garlic dip.
