French toast

We lightly spread butter on slices of toast bread. Half of them are sprinkled with chopped parsley, and then we place 2 slices of cheese on top and cover them with the remaining slices of bread. In each of these toasts, we then cut out a round hole in the middle.
Ingredients (what you need)
6 slices toast bread
6 slices hard cheese
3 pcs eggs
1 handful parsley
for coating pepper
2 pcs eggs
1 tablespoon milk
salt
as needed oil for frying
Recipe steps
Prepared toasts are then dipped in a mixture of beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a heated pan with oil, we fry the toasts on one side, turn them over, and crack one egg into the hole in each toast. We fry until the eggs are done. We can flip the toasts again if needed.
The toasts are served with fresh vegetables.
If we can't resist and want a meat toast, we can add a slice of smoked meat to taste.
