In a larger bowl, we put the all-purpose and semi-coarse flour, mix it with sugar, cocoa, and gingerbread spice.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 cup milk
2 pcs eggs
1 cup semi-coarse flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1 cup smooth flour
1/2 jar jam
1 cup sugar
1 packet gingerbread baking powder
as needed flour for dusting
butter for greasing

Recipe steps

Once everything is well mixed, we add the eggs, milk, oil, and jam.

After properly mixing, we prepare a baking tray, grease it with butter, dust it with flour, and pour the batter onto it. We place the gingerbread in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Bake at 200 °C.

Once the gingerbread is baked, you can glaze it with some icing, for example, chocolate.
