1/2 l cold milk - semi-skimmed

Recipe steps
We take a sieve and sift the plain flour nicely.
In a pot, we melt the real butter. We gradually add the plain flour and stir with a wooden spoon.
After a moment, we take a whisk and start pouring in cold milk.
With the whisk, we incorporate the flour with the milk and whisk thoroughly.
We will cook the sauce while constantly stirring for about 15 - 20 minutes.
At the end, we add a little grated nutmeg. We salt it.
