Dill sauce

Dill sauce made from cream and fresh dill. A great side dish for this sauce is potatoes.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml beef broth
1 bunch dill
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
fruit vinegar
200 ml whipping cream
100 ml whole milk
salt
sugar
Recipe steps
We wash the dill, dry it, and chop it finely. In a pot, we heat the butter, sprinkle it with flour, and sauté until pink. We pour the stock or water over the roux and let it simmer. We cook for 15 - 20 minutes until any lumps dissolve. Next, we add the dill, a bit of milk, and let it come to a boil.
We season the finished sauce with vinegar, sugar, salt, and finally stir in the cream.
We serve the dill sauce with beef or egg, and suitable side dishes are bread dumplings or mentioned potatoes.
