We will rinse the medium leeks, chop them into small pieces, and sauté them in hot fat. We will season with Vegeta, add a little water, and simmer.

Ingredients (what you need)

200 ml sour cream
3 pcs leeks
250 ml vegetable broth
200 ml milk
100 g cream cheese
to taste ground white pepper
vegetable seasoning
salt
as needed all-purpose flour
fat or oil

Recipe steps

In another pot, we prepare a roux (melted fat mixed with flour). We gradually add vegetable broth and milk, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil (be careful not to let it burn). Next, we melt cheese into the sauce, add salt, pepper, and while stirring constantly, we add leek and cream. We simmer for a short while, but it must not come to a boil.

The sauce can be served with various types of pasta, but also with mashed potatoes and meatballs.
