Ingredients (what you need)
fragrant herbs (e.g. basil, parsley, oregano, chives)
black pepper - ground
100 g olives - black (pitted)
soy sauce - sweet
1 pc onion
1 can diced tomatoes
salt
rapeseed oil
1 - 2 teaspoons corn starch (potato starch)
1 can tuna
4 cloves Czech garlic
1 pc tomato paste
Recipe steps
On the board, we chop the olives and cherry tomatoes.
We peel the garlic and onion. We crush the garlic cloves.
We blend the onion using a food processor and add it to the heated oil in the pot. We sauté it with the garlic.
We add the olives and pour in the canned tuna.
We pour in the tomato paste and stir. We simmer gently.
We drizzle with soy sauce. We season.
In a bowl, we whisk together water and cornstarch and stir it into the sauce.
We add fragrant herbs, and the finished sauce can be served with pasta.
