Bolognese sauce

Pasta lovers will surely appreciate Bolognese sauce.
Ingredients (what you need)
3 tablespoons oil - olive
3 cups tomato paste (Bolognese sauce)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
5 cloves quality garlic
2 tablespoons pepper - crushed
4 teaspoons vegeta
1/2 kg ground beef
salt
2 pcs onion
5 - 8 leaves basil
1/2 handful dried basil
1/2 handful dried oregano
Recipe steps
We will pick some basil, wash it, and chop it on a cutting board. We peel the garlic and onion. We take a blender and chop the onion into small pieces. We do the same with the garlic.
We pour oil into a pot. We add the onion. After a while, we add the ground beef. We season with pepper. We let it simmer and drizzle with soy sauce.
We add Vegeta. We pour in the chopped garlic and add the tomato sauce (Bolognese is also acceptable).
We taste and, if necessary, add salt. We cook.
Finally, we stir in the washed oregano and basil.
We serve it over pasta. We can sprinkle with cheese and garnish with basil leaves.
