Ingredients (what you need)
120 - 200 g horseradish
200 ml cream
200 ml milk
2 pcs onion
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
150 g butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cube bouillon
600 ml water
Recipe steps
In butter, sauté finely chopped onion, then sprinkle with all-purpose flour. Sauté and pour in water mixed with milk, into which we add a broth cube. Simmer for 15 minutes to soften the onion; if someone dislikes the onion, they can use a blender.
Finally, add cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add grated fresh horseradish to taste.
