Liver sauce with beer

We will clean the liver, chop it finely. We will finely chop the peeled onion and sauté it until golden in lard. We will add the liver and sauté as well. Then we will season with salt and pepper to taste, and add paprika and cumin. We will then pour in some beer, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients (what you need)

sauce 200 ml beer
2 pinches marjoram
2 pinches ground sweet paprika
bread
2 tablespoons lard
salt
2 tablespoons plain flour
0.5 kg liver
2 pinches caraway seeds
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 - 4 cloves garlic
2 pcs large onion

Recipe steps

While constantly stirring, sprinkle with flour and add a bit of cold water. Finally, add crushed garlic and marjoram, all to taste. Thicken with finely chopped bread.

Serve the sauce with rice or dumplings.
