Ingredients (what you need)

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 large bunch of chives
broth
200 ml of 33% cream
salt

Recipe steps

Finely chop the prepared chives. In butter, briefly sauté the flour to create a light roux.

Pour in cold broth over the roux, mix well, season with salt, and cook for about 15 minutes.

At the end, smooth the sauce with cream, let it simmer for a while, and add the chives. Do not cook further.

Serve with boiled beef and potatoes.
