Creamy sauce with sirloin steak

One or two days in advance, we prepare our meat base to make the meat softer in this way. We chop the cleaned vegetables into pieces, wash the meat, and place it in a pot. On top, we arrange the chopped vegetables, onion, bay leaf, allspice, and whole pepper. We then put this in the fridge.
Ingredients (what you need)
100 g root vegetables
bay leaf
salt
2 dl sour cream
1 dl milk
whole allspice
40 g butter
ground black pepper
40 g onion
whole black pepper
400 g beef tenderloin or beef rump
40 g plain flour
Recipe steps
After removing, we nicely sauté the contents of the pot and add broth or water. Then we cover and stew until the meat becomes tender. We take out the beef and slice it into pieces.
We mix the remaining juice with milk and flour and cook for a while. We strain the sauce, and the vegetables that get stuck there can either be pressed into the sauce or blended. Finally, we add salt, pepper, and we can sweeten or sour it to taste.
Then we place our meat into the sauce and heat it up.
It is best served with bread dumplings.
