Cup layered cottage cheese cake

Together, we blend the cottage cheese with eggs, milk, and powdered sugar, optionally adding raisins. Next, we mix the flour with sugar and baking powder. We pour half of this mixture into a greased deep baking tray and then pour the cottage cheese mixture on top. We then sprinkle the remaining dry mixture on top.

1 kg soft cottage cheese
1 pc vanilla sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
3 pcs eggs
to taste raisins
as needed 250 g butter
150 g fat for greasing
dough 1 cup powdered sugar
1 pc baking powder
2.5 cups semi-coarse flour
1 cup = 2.5 dcl
Recipe steps
We cover the surface of the pie with butter cut into slices. We place it in a preheated oven at about 160°C and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
After removing the pie, we let it cool for a moment, then we slice and serve.
