Ingredients (what you need)
for decoration chocolate icing
marzipan or almonds
filling 100 g powdered sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
100 g butter
dough 160 g fat
80 g powdered sugar
160 g plain flour
80 g nuts
Recipe steps
For the dough, mix flour with butter, ground nuts, and sugar. After kneading, roll the dough on a floured surface to approximately 3mm thick. Cut out circles from it and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 150°C until they turn pink. After baking, let them cool.
Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients and fill it between two circles. Then dip them in chocolate and decorate, for example, with an almond.
Let the circles set.
