1 small zucchini
1/2 cup of couscous
100 g of tofu (I used delicatessen tofu)
chives
vegetable seasoning
herbal salt
soy sauce
olive oil

Clean the zucchini, cut it in half, and scoop out the center.
Cook the couscous according to the instructions, that is, pour hot water with a little vegetable stock over it and let it swell.
Add diced tofu in small cubes and finely chopped chives to the couscous.
Stir in a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of soy sauce.
