From the peeled, hard-boiled eggs, we remove the yolks and chop the whites. We chop the washed celery into small pieces and put it in a pan with melted butter, allowing it to sauté briefly. We cut the ham into cubes.

Ingredients (what you need)

100 g butter
2 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 pcs eggs
80 g celery stalks
80 g ham
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
to taste ground black pepper
salt

Recipe steps

Whisk the egg yolks, mustard, and melted butter together into a smooth mixture. Stir in the ham with the chopped egg whites, the cooled celery, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it chill in the fridge.

Serve the spread on fresh bread, optionally garnished with fresh vegetables.
