250 g celery
250 g Edam cheese
100 g quality soft salami
2 onions
2 carrots
2 pickled cucumbers
100 g tartar sauce
100 g mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of full-fat mustard
Recipe steps
Grate all the ingredients on a fine grater, except for the onion, which we chop into very small pieces.
Add mayonnaise and tartar sauce to the mixture.
Season with mustard.
