In oil, we sauté finely chopped onion and garlic.

We add the yeast and, while stirring constantly, let it dissolve.

Next, we add grated zucchini and thoroughly mix for about 3 minutes until slightly softened.

We add eggs, mashed potatoes, season with salt and spice, and stir until the mixture thickens. We let it cool.
