We rinse the lentils, add three cups of water, and cook until soft. Then we let it cool down. We mix the lentils, crushed garlic cloves, sesame paste, and olive oil.

1.5 cups red lentils
0.5 cup tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
juice of 1 - 2 lemons (to taste)
cumin
salt and pepper
(cup = 200 ml)
