Mix the yogurts with whipped cream and a pinch of salt.

Prepare a large sieve lined with a cloth. Place the prepared sieve in a bowl or pot.

Pour the yogurt into the sieve lined with the cloth and put it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to drain well.
