1 sardine in its own juice
1 cottage cheese (250g)
1 soft cheese
1 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional)
1 onion
1 hard-boiled egg
a little lemon juice
1 clove of crushed garlic
a piece of anchovy paste
