300 g broccoli
2 triangles of processed cheese
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of sour cream
20 g of butter

Recipe steps
We rinse the broccoli, cut it into smaller pieces, and boil it in hot water until it softens, about 5 minutes.
We peel the garlic and crush it (or chop it into smaller pieces). We drain the cooked broccoli and mash it with a fork.
We mix butter, processed cheese, garlic, and sour cream into the broccoli. We blend everything carefully.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
