Fried bread with spread

We transfer the pâté to a bowl, into which we finely chop the onion, press the garlic, add ketchup, grated cheese, chopped cucumber, and a boiled egg.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 small pâté (I used Vienna)
1 tablespoon of ketchup
2 larger cloves of garlic
50 g of hard grated cheese
1 hard-boiled egg
1 smaller onion
1 smaller sour pickle
salt
5-6 slices of older bread
a little oil for frying
tomato for garnish
Recipe steps
We transfer the pâté to a bowl, finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, add ketchup, grated cheese, diced cucumber, and boiled hard egg. We mix everything thoroughly, taste it, and add salt if necessary.
We fry the toast in oil to our preferences on both sides, then spread the spread on the warm toast (the cheese melts a bit) and garnish with diced tomato.
