onion greens
1 egg
100 g cheese (gouda)

In a heated pan, pour in a tablespoon of oil and sauté finely chopped onion, grated carrot, and finally add minced garlic.
Add the vegetables (raw vegetables can also be used) to the bowl with the potatoes, add finely grated cheese, and crack in the eggs. Then, sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of starch, season with salt and pepper, and add chopped green onion tops. Mix everything thoroughly.
