Cabbage soup

We clean the cabbage, remove the hard parts, and cut it into strips. We finely chop the peeled onion and garlic, and we cut the cleaned, peeled carrot, celery, and potatoes into small cubes.
Ingredients (what you need)
250 g cabbage
1 pc onion
0.5 teaspoon caraway seeds
2 tablespoons butter
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 pc small celery
1 pc carrot
500 g potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1.5 l vegetable broth
Recipe steps
In a pot with melted butter, we sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. After a few minutes, we add potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and roast for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, we prepare vegetable broth, which we pour into the mixture with the potatoes. We add half of the chopped cabbage, caraway seeds, and let it cook until the potatoes are soft. Then we take an immersion blender and blend everything. We add the remaining cabbage, season with salt, and cook for a little longer.
The finished soup can be served immediately.
