Classic Dill Sauce

We wash the picked dill and chop it finely.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml beef broth
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
fruit vinegar
200 ml heavy cream
1 bunch dill
100 ml whole milk
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons butter
Recipe steps
In a pot, melt the butter, sprinkle in the flour, stir and fry until pink. Pour in either water or broth, and after mixing, let it simmer for about a quarter of an hour until all lumps dissolve. Add chopped dill, pour in a little milk, and bring it to a boil.
Season with vinegar and salt. Finally, pour in the cream. After mixing, it can be served.
Serve with beef or egg and bread dumplings. If you want a vegetarian version, use water or vegetable broth.
