Ingredients (what you need)
250 g all-purpose flour
250 g butter (or Hery)
5 tablespoons of white wine

Recipe steps
Place baking paper on the tray and set the oven to 170 °C.
In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and wine to create a dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Using cookie cutters, cut out various shapes and place them on the tray. For the savory variant, sprinkle the cookies with caraway seeds, paprika, or salt.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown for approximately 10-15 minutes.
For the sweet variant, coat the warm cookies in sugar.
