Wasp nests

Wasp nests, also known as bee hives, are a popular no-bake Christmas treat. Every family has its proven recipe, and we bring you one of them.
Ingredients (what you need)
Dough
160 g of ladyfingers
60 g of butter
2-3 tablespoons of milk
100 g of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
70 g of hazelnuts
rum
Cream
50 g of butter
50 g of powdered sugar
1 egg yolk (or a bit of egg liqueur)
rum
Additionally
round ladyfingers
Recipe steps
We blend the ladyfingers and hazelnuts. Then we mix in the softened butter, sugar, cocoa, milk, and rum (we have the option to replace the milk with a larger amount of rum). From these ingredients, we create a smooth dough.
From the ingredients for the filling, we create a fine cream.
From the dough, we always make a small ball, which we press into the bee hive mold, and fill it with cream in the center.
The filled wasp nests are then attached to the ladyfinger.
