Cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk Salko
100 g chocolate

Recipe steps

From the egg whites, we will make a meringue, then gradually mix in the sugar and whisk over steam for 7 minutes.

Gently add the ground nuts, flour, and baking powder to the whipped mixture. We pour the mixture into a pastry bag and shape crescent cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Set the oven to 100 °C and the drying time is 45 minutes. Then let it cool down.

Melt the condensed milk, sugar, and chocolate over low heat, then add cocoa and stir until the mixture thickens.

Let the mixture cool, then add the fat and whip the cream, which we spread on the base. Let it set.

Fluff it up with chocolate icing.
