Ingredients (what you need)
White chocolate
250 g of hardened 100% fat (Omega, Iva)
150 g of powdered sugar
100 g of dried cream
60 g of grated coconut
1 packet of rum-flavored sugar
1/2 packet of vanilla sugar
Dark chocolate
250 g of hardened 100% fat
150 g of powdered sugar
100 g of cocoa
1 chocolate pudding (powder)
Recipe steps
In a water bath, we melt the fat. Then we mix in the powdered sugar, dried cream, grated coconut, and both types of sugar.
We stir the mixture and immediately pour it into the prepared molds. We then place them in the freezer for a few minutes and subsequently unmold them.
Dark chocolate: We melt the fat in a water bath, then add sugar, cocoa, and cocoa pudding, and mix everything well. We pour it into the molds and continue in the same way as with the white chocolate.
After removing from the molds, we store them in a cool place.
